The Content Quality Control Report (Optional)

For organizations that want content integrity data, I offer reports combining insights revealed in both the CEM and CQC Content Evaluation Framework review processes. These optional reports provide you with objective data to update leadership on quality trends or identify prevalent issues and implement strategies for continuous and improved risk reduction.

* Reports are also a way you can demonstrate to stakeholders that content isn't just being "reviewed to align with brand standards" but errors and risks are being monitored and measured, so they can be better understood, avoided and eliminated.
