CQC includes tools content reviewers use to help mitigate risk that can be introduced via AI- or human-generated content. 

1. CQC Content Evaluation Framework™: A smartphone-based tool that guides reviews by focusing attention on the four categories where risks most often occur—Bias, Influence, Validity and Accessibility. Find out more about it's data collection capabilities. 
2. ​CQC Common Errors Monitor: A confidential, customized resource, also accessible by smartphone. It helps reviewers stay alert, aligned and equipped to prevent repeat issues. Like the Framework, risk data can be collected automatically.
3. CQC Feedback Alignment Agreement: A document that gets the whole team on the same page when it comes to content reviews and expectations.
4. CQC Education Library: Building solid risk mitigation skills doesn't happen overnight. Therefore, every quarter, we upload new curated learning resources to the CQC Education Library. Your team can access them when it's most convenient for them. 

CQC also introduces the concept of a new role, the CQC Specialist. It's not necessary to use this title, but it helps in understanding how CQC evolves the traditional proofreading/editing process to include risk mitigation.
