We blend our experience with CQC tools to help systematically mitigate risk that can be introduced via AI- or human-generated content. 

1. CQC Content Evaluation Framework™: A smartphone-based tool we use to guide our reviews by focusing attention on the four categories within healthcare where risks most often occur: Bias, Influence, Validity and Accessibility.
2. ​CQC Common Errors Monitor: A resource we customize for you after auditing your organization and your sector within healthcare to determine which errors are most likely to occur.  It helps us stay alert, aligned and equipped to prevent repeat issues. 

CQC also introduces the concept of a new role, the CQC Specialist. While we use this title internally, it's not necessary for you to use it. However, it helps in understanding how we use CQC to evolve the traditional proofreading/editing process to include risk mitigation.
